Books
standing in the big library in different sections. How can we even know
where to look?
Ok some people have been to the library very often, then its easier to
know where to go.
To find the section of books that you like
Waiting to be seen…………Hello?
Someone has got soft
cover and someone has got hard covers.
Do we really know the story of a book by only looking at its cover?
Can we really predict the end of a book?
Will someone read us? Pick us up and be intrigued by what they hold in
their hand?
Does anyone want to
read me?
I don’t know
I’m sitting on a shelf, waiting to be picked up.
there are people who have looked at my cover, even opened me, but never
really dared to read me.. It’s a strange feeling to see someone
make up their mind
To see that people read (the little that they do read) me differently
and react differently
I want a good reader.
Someone who values and is interested in my words. And turn my leafs gently
to prevent me getting hurt. I have experienced readers who just turn my
pages with NO humbleness at all! And belive me! They have gotten some
ugly papercuts!
I’m not into rough readers…..
Let someone see the words on my page,
Let them read each sentence and let me feel their understanding
It’s good to be of use
Not collecting dust on a shelf
But to be read page by page
I guess the comfort
right now is that I’m not the only book standing on the shelf. There
are other s like me. Well, we don’t have the same cover or the same
words. But we are in the same section
- And we just want to be read.
